It is a very nice hotel, service, rooms and food are all 5 stars, city tours are very nice, I think you should add it to your list.

Better and largest 4* hotel in the city. For 5* the breakfast was more like 3* style. As in many places in Albania, paying with Amex is not possible in the “5* hotel”.

The 5 star hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The concierge is missing and the breakfast is nothing special. The house and the rooms are unique and really beautiful. The domed hall on the top floor is impressive.

The rooms are spacious and bright, the workers are very attentive and friendly.The SPA It's really very simple...they charged me 10 euros extra to use it and only the sauna and the pool with super cold water worked...The price seems expensive for what they offer.

Berat is a lovely place, surrounded by mountains and picturesque landscapes. The Hotel Colombo leaves a mark of excellence in Berat in terms of its rooms, services, layout, friendly staff, etc …If you are visiting Albania, then a trip to Berat is a must and Hotel Colombo would be the best choice.The restaurant was perfect dishing out a sumptuous breakfast (a change in the menu on some days would break the monotony of seeing the same food 😊)Staff were prompt in responding to any requirements…. We had an issue in the bath and it was quickly attended to.A wonderful place to have a vacation.

The Hotel Colombo is beautifully situated on the heart of Berat. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a stunning view, especially from all the rooms. The service is impeccable and the staff is unbelievably helpful in solving all their customers needs. Overall, a definite recommend and must try when visiting Albania.

Friendly staff, incredible building and huge rooms. Good value for money, would 100% return and stay here. Parking on site - which is useful when the town gets busy and a stone's throw from the old town.

The main reason that we booked this hotel was because of the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay and we were not informed about this prior to our arrival (or during check in).The hotel itself is nice, very big but not too busy. There is a free pool table (which has not being taken well care of but still nice to have). The “fitness area” is four machines in the middle of a corridor..
